Mcdonald's - New Philadelphia

It took awhile for us to get our food and by the time we did it was warm.

Was just there to get my son a kids meal. Wasn't greeted by anyone. Ordered and waited 5-10 minutes just on his kids meal when I watched a lady order two filet of fish and get served them in under 2 minutes. They forgot my sons BBQ sauce and gave me the wrong toy and after selecting the one we wanted (trying to collect all the disney ones for him) Food was at least warm.

This has to be the worst experience me and my family have ever had at a restaurant. We stood at he counter waiting to order for 20 mins and finally had to ask if anyone was working at the counter. The girl rolled her eyes at me and finally took our order. Then we waited 25 mins for our food to finally come and they messed our entire order up!! And yet again I recieved another eye roll. Not to mention the tables were disgusting I had to ask for a rag to wipe the table before we could sit down. Needless to say we won’t be back ever!! Worst service ever!!!!

The staff in the morning are so pleasant and have great customer service

They do an ok job trying to explain any questions. Usually not happy sat or mad just kinda robotic. The young people here usually get mad at you if THEY get your order wrong.Parking: Parking set up kind of sucks. Hard to get on and out of drive thru and parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Nice play area but it's a little dull.
