Bidrage med feedbackWe stayed at Harrah's Hotel for 6 nights. We actually almost cancelled due to recent reviews that we read, but so glad that we didn't. It was a great stay in a big spacious room with a beautiful city view. I would give it a 4.5 if that were possible. The room was well appointed with a big soaking tub in the bathroom. There was a frig and coffee maker. While it is true that there is no daily housekeeping, you can get any needed towels or toiletries delivered to your room. The staff was exceedingly nice and the common areas of the hotel were clean and beautiful. Our room upon arrival was clean and nicely decorated. If you took a magnifying glass, yes, some of the decor is in need of a slight touch up, but nothing like what some reviews have said. Also, it is very easy to get to the casino from the hotel. The one thing lacking is available quick eats for a full breakfast directly in the hotel, but there are restaurants within a block or two and we also used grubhub. There is a little coffee bar near the lobby and a Starbucks in the casino. We would definitely stay here again. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt and give it a try. It's a perfect location to all that the French Quarter and surrounding areas have to offer, plus there is the casino which was a nice way to spend some time.
Clean non-smoking casino. They offer certain drinks free while you are playing games. I’d definitely come back.
We were checking out at 8am to beat traffic and the safe in the room would not open. Mechanical issue not a code issue. Waited over 3 hours for the safe door to be cut off. Asked the manger for some compensation and she waved 1 of the 2 nights parking fee. Seemed like a very little assistance for a very expensive stay. Stayed 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) a little expensive with nothing to offer but a room. Location is great. Baggage drop off and valet parking area congested and difficult to get in and out. I've been a Harrah's member for over 15 years and this is the 1st bad review.
The slots were very tight lots of machines broken. Outdated machines. Ordered so called free drinks but had to wait 1/2 hour or so. WI-FI weak? No pool. Few selections of food in casino. Players card didn’t work in lots of machines. For price of hotel we should get better quality. No places for kids. Will not return.
Absolutely the worst Caesar’s Resort I have ever stayed at. No room service, terrible front desk customer service, I am also a 7-Star Rewards member and not one host has approached me yet. The rewards desk manager was supposed to reach out to me about my $500 first seven star trip because it wasn’t showing on my account. The showers water pressure is terrible and also the temperature of the water barely gets hot. We flew in yesterday morning and flying back out tonight, I was supposed to stay 3 more nights until Tuesday but yea it was so bad we are leaving today.
