Riverboat City Of New Orleans

My wife and I had a great time. The music was great, and the views of the city were spectacular. Would this be a must when you visit New Orleans.

That was the culinary experience! I was worried about COVID 19, but the friendly staff calmed us down. The food was delicious and the drinks were generous. It was great to see the lights of the city as we float from them. We had a great night of data! I'd suggest it to everyone.

My wife and I were totally disappointed. When I went through an open table, I handed over many great restaurants and chose Riverboat. What I spent for this culinary experience, I could have got a much better experience in many restaurants in this city. The food was terrible! The food seemed to be prepared hours in advance, heated in a microwave and served the moss. I don't understand how Riverboat offered this quality of food at such an expensive price. After paying the parking lot and after tipping our waitress I spent about $150 on a meal worth about $20. That was a special night for my wife, but it was totally abandoned. I'd like to talk to someone connected to Riverboat.

We purchased the Jazz Brunch Cruise a week in advance and didn?t think we had chance, but the staff member was kind enough to tell us ?everyone makes mistakes.? All aboard! The tour guide was pretty interesting and the view of the city skyline was a sight to behold. I enjoyed the dining area, but the food wasn?t very tasteful. For the price I feel we could of gotten a little more bang for our buck. The server was very kind but seemed a bit overwhelmed, due to having tobus her own tables. Thus, slowing down brunch, main reason I bring that up is before you knew it we were headed back to port. I would of enjoyed more time on deck seeing the sights and learning about the history of this great town.Hopefully my feed back helps improve the next guest experience and makes it a 5 star experience for someone else. Worth a shot if you haven?t had the experience before. Got to love supporting small business, the blood line of America.

Wonderful time and our server was the best ever! Did we great atmosphere was fun and the city light views were beautiful.
