Bidrage med feedbackLove Addis Nola! We drive here almost every week from the Northshore. The red lentils, cabbage and carrots, and collard greens are to die for. The Ethiopian salad is also really good!
Ordered the vegan platter to go and ate it so fast, I forgot to take a picture. Both lentils are delicious, and so is the cabbage, greens, and beets. I would go back when I’m in town again. I’d recommend ordering extra injera.. I love it and always want and need more. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-05
The lentil and collard sambusa was delicious, the lentil soup was very tasty and satisfying, and the jollof had a good portion size. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
I am a big fan of the veggie plate at this restaurant! The flavors were amazing and the injera, which is gluten-free, was excellent.
The same combination of dishes that you can find in any Ethiopian restaurant, but still delicious. There is a second combo with more vegetable tibs meant for three people, but could easily feed four. Since there were only two of us, we decided to skip it. The service seemed overwhelmed, likely due to the Jazz Fest crowd. It's recommended to make reservations. Surprisingly, they offer original cocktails, which is not typical for Ethiopian restaurants. I tried the Ode to Antoine, a tasty mix of rye and ouzo.
