Pano's Pizza - New London

The food is amazing. The service was like we were at my grandmother's house. The owner came out and offered us candy. Nice family owned business.

Ordered $45 worth of food and tipped the driver $5. Opened the box to find what appeared to be a slice missing. I wasn?t sure if they were using smaller pans or what was going on so I called the restaurant and was nice about it and said ?this is awkwardbut I think someone took a slice from my pizza?. She said ?the driver!?? I said ?I?m not sure it just showed up and it?smissing a piece?. She then yelled ?that is impossible! It must have been one of your people who did it!? I was in disbeliefhaha?. All this drama over one missing slice. Incredibly rude people and just down right awful to deal with. You would havethought I was trying to rob them of their life savings. I would have been fine with a free slice on my account. Now you lostat the very least 5 regular customers from my household, my friends, and anyone else I tell of this experience. Ridiculous. Don?t treat your customers in such a manner.

Delicious Mediterranean pizza and it was the best pizza I ever had. the crust was super beautiful and crisp. the spinat and feta and fresh tomaten were amazing eve was so attentive we also got an antipasto a little and it was wonderful it was so good I made a picture of it before we ate it I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone it is actually right next to the hilltop motel in groton connecticut

A so sweet dame and the family that runs the facility, and it reminds me of mahler and pizza from home. only makes it even better that they have other really good new england options. love it never had a bad thing to say about it
