Noble New London

I feel like I should be leaving two reviews as we went twice. It was absolutely wonderful the first time I wish I knew the young ladies name but she was tall with brown hair and I believe she had glasses.. She was one of the best servers I have even had upbeat and happy. She knew her sh*t and was very fast yet personable she made our experience wonderful and you could tell she really loved her job. The view was beautiful you could see the water from the deck and the weather was perfectly cool and it was just wonderful so wonderful that we went back.. This time was a bit less enjoyable our waitress was nice but not as good as the the one from the past night and it made a huge difference..

Beautiful, open space, so much potential. I walked by Noble, looking in through the big open windows and just knew I had to stop in. How could such a cool, open-air place be so empty? We found out quickly. Or slowly, depending on how you want to look at it. Came in, sat down at the mostly empty bar with two bartenders. We were given menus right away and told that they would be right with us. That wasn't true. One bartender seemed to disappear for a good long time. The other bartender ignored our one beer and one water order for about 15 minutes, while waiting on everyone else in the place, and entering POS orders. No real apologies or anything, seems to just be the MO for this place. They were out of the draft beer that I wanted, but I found another to replace it easily enough. When asked what we owe, that was another couple of minutes at the POS, figuring out what one beer costs. I love the view and space, but it really seems poorly staffed and managed.

Food was very greasy and not up to par for the price with other restaurants. Need to improve on food preparation and quality to keep customers coming. Ambience and water view was outstanding.

Great service. Excellent food. Lovely views of the water.
