Arby's - New Iberia

The place is nice. The workers are quick to acknowledge and wait in you. The food comed out freah and hot. The only complaint is a majority of the times you pass the place looks shut down

District Manager Tiffany leaves her kid playing with Arby’s supplies while her employees tried to work and monitor him. This has to be a hazard and against company policies.

Staff was short handed, food quality was not the greatest but it wasn't the worst I had. The only few reasons why I didn't rate it a one star was because the woman behind the counter(I didn't get her name) did try her best, she was friendly and it was really busy because she had to watch both the front counter and took orders through drive-thru. They didn't have hardly any soda to offer and the sauces offered were also all out. The dine-in area was still clean and still looked pretty new, otherwise this visit wasn't the best.

Poor fellas couldn't open the dining room cause they were short handed. Raincheck. Y'all might wanna hire more people if you can.

I love Arby's. People tend to underestimate the quality of the food here. The fries are always hot and the sandwiches are full of flavor. Plus their happy hour is great for a quick treat or after school snack. The shakes are delicious.
