Martine's River House - New Hope

Had a nice evening meal on Wednesday night. had that stripsteak and my mom the scallops. both delicious! our server was accommodating and warm, without being overwhelming. martine’s is always a favorite :

Great, great service. Caesar salad was a little skimpy with cheese and croutons (not the first time). Burger was very good. Nice view of the river and Lambertville. Recommended.

Braised short ribs were delicious and melted in your mouth. Others in the party enjoyed their scallops. Host was energetic and friendly. Bought a drink for a 21 year old in the party celebrating their birthday. Convenient location if you are attending a performance at the Buck's County Playhouse which is just around the corner.

The food and service were great. We didn’t order and appetizer but we sure could have enjoyed something to nosh on (bread) while our meals were being prepared. Nice view of the river.
