Curries and kebabs have shifted from Bengali Market to nearby NDMC market on Babar Road. They have revised the menu and the prices as well.

Colonel's Kababz is a famous name and specially known for its Kababz for last many years. I was quite happy to see there restaurant at Bengali Market. The restaurant opened in the month of June’16 and gave a fresh taste to the people who visit the area. Since, it’s a small restaurant with a selective menu option. I would encourage take away during rush hours. My favourite are : (1) Rolls, Mutton Seekh roll, egg paratha roll. (2) Keema Kulcha meal (3) Murgh Makhni thali (4) Chicken Biryani. The only downside, this is such an old brand but the quality of the food is not average the staff is also undertrained. However, an Arabian restaurant Habibi is just opposite to Colonel’s Kababz is also an option to watch out for...

The chicken tikka masala was okay. However the paratha was not cooked well and the flour was kind of raw inside.
