Bojangles - New Carrollton

Great breakfast. A little understaffed, so don 't be upset if there 's a little wait time. The sausage/egg/cheese biscuits are very tasty. It tastes like the eggs are prepared on the spot since they 're cooked folded to fit the biscuit. Definitely no mcdonald-style egg-pucks here! Never had the chicken before, but picked it up for a coworker several times and he loves it, asking me to bring him some at least once a month!

Worst experience at a fast food place and ANY BOJANGLES ACROSS THE U.S. I went here and ordered a 3piece meal and also tenders with dirty rice. My friends chicken had been cooked in old oil (pic doesn't do it justice it was black and tasted like oil. My tenders were cold and rubbery. To make matters worse I opened the dirty rice and to my surprise not only did it smell burnt it tasted burnt. I went inside and the employees gave me some excuse about how the manager was gone and they didn't swap the oil out. I asked for a refund so he went to process it and then ended up charging me a 2nd time for MORE than what my meal was worth. I was told the receipt machine didn't work so no proof could be given. I don't live in the area so I've tried calling for 2 weeks now and the phone is disconnected (what kind of establishment are you people running so unprofessionally? Ive called corporate and they said I had to file a complaint online which I did but still have not heard back. This is a dirty and disgusting location and should honestly be shut down or have new management. I'm sure they don't wash their hands often in here. I will not stand by and be double charged for the worst food service I've ever experienced in life especially since I have food service in my work history. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I always desire to go here when I go to Virginia and was thrilled ???? to find there was Bojangles as close as Maryland!!! The biscuits are good if you're a sweets person and I tried the sweet potato ???? pie ???? for the first time too.

The poorest run fast food establishment I have ever seen. Says they?re under new management. Might want to go back and get the old. On game day with a home game down the street. A chicken place with NO chicken cooked. After waiting 35 minutes, only to be told they?d just dropped chicken and it would be an additional 8 minutes. I asked for a refund which took another 8 minutes because they didn?t know how to work the credit card machine. So I was charged twice instead of getting a refund. She voided the 2nd transaction and had to give me cash for the first. Cant even speak about the food because after wasting what was an hour, didn?t eat.

Horrible experience. I waited at the drive thru approximately 30 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of me. So no way to leave. When I did pull up I waited another 15 minutes for the cashier. Finally shows up and ask what I ordered. I was going to leave but it?s not a work day and had a taste for their biscuits. Once I received my order I pull away around the corner looked at my food and the biscuit fell a part and food was cold. I pulled around went in the store and showed it to them and the cashier said they were short on help. They were taking orders and also fixing food. He had on gloves put I wasn?t sure if he changed them so I trashed the food when I got to my car. I didn?t get a receipt when I pulled away so I didn?t ask for a refund. I?ll just never go there again.
