Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

For the food ordered two different sizes but both came out same smaller size. Very pricey. Extremely cold in dinning area. Uncomfortable.

Tried Smithfield?s for the first time today, I think the portions are fair and it?s not too pricy, we got our food super fast. Which is great. But sadly our food seemed to be very very undercooked. We ordered a combination platter with white meat and the breast was ****. We also ordered a chicken tender platter and the chicken fingers were tough and oddly chewy. Excellent service, good prices, clean and friendly. I grew up on Eastern NC barbecue, and this place feels like home. Not much for the vegetarians, but if you're looking for authentic Eastern NC barbecue, this place is great.

Fried chicken was tasty, tender, juicy and delicious. Baked beans were average. Warm, good tasting hush puppies. Pulled pork BBQ was tangy and tasty as well. They gave me a lot of food despite other reviews saying otherwise. Overall enjoyable although having the sauces did not make much sense. Hush puppy dip? Anyway, look forward to trying other options in the future.

Well, it was freezing in there! Very popular w the drive thru backed around the building. Tesla charging across the back of the lot so best of all worlds for those folks who charge and eat marvelous BBQ! Our meal got cold quick. I felt the sauce jars were too slow and small.
