So we didn’t see anyone in the outside shed to check in and when we walked in and instead of being greeted we were scolded for not checking in and told to wait outside a whole hour in our car. We were treated very rudely by the manager and her other hyenas. Very unprofessional bunch. I will never go there again and neither will my group based on the unprofessional rude attitudes. Upper management needs to seriously retrain these incompetent hosts. Only applies to New Berlin restaurant.

Horrible, ordered a cheeseburger and it must have stayed out while the other food for our table was cooking, then gotten cold and they put it in a microwave to heat it up. The bun was as hard as a rock and the burger patty was cold. The pickle spear was shriveled which proved they must have put the whole plate in a microwave, then let it sit there untill the table's food was done. Could not even finish one bite, had no dinner this night. I will never go back.

The food was delicious. The restaurant was very crowded but the food was served expediently and hot.
