Waffle House - New Albany

Walked in with 4 booths not clean with dirty dishes, 10 seats at counter with dirty dishes. Had to seat and wait for 10 minutes them to clean while staff joked and laugh not doing their job. Manager walked out a couple of times and didn't say any thing. We finally get a table clean off, than order food. Took for ever to get our drinks. Than our food that's another joke. Some food came out missing alot of stuff that she forgot to call out had to wait for that when I say some food came out meaning my husband sandwich my eggs and hash brown. Missing my grandson and my waffle his bacon and mine. No drink refill. I say something to the waitress that was a joke. Than manager comes out at this my husband is done with his meal and we haven't got ours. Wow they took 10 percent off. A BIG 3.10 OH WOW!!!! m and grandson took ours to go so we didn't get to eat. This place today was a joke..... I have been here alot of times before and never treated this way. Stay away to they get new people

Walked in, sat and ordered. Server was odd with taking simple order. I went to restroom for quite a bit, came out and nothing. They had not even submitted order. Still sitting here and been 20 minutes for two eggs. Watching snails plate food right now. They don 't know basted or over easy.. only something called over light . Not recommended.

The time of day we were here they had only one server, but at least 5 employees. Not sure why nobody else could take an order until we said something loudly, and even afterwards several employees were just standing around, despite customers looking around trying to find someone.

Poorly managed. Manager just stands around watching while the employees drown. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes before anyone said a word to me. The entire time Manager was standing there doing nothing.

Food was Waffle House great. Service was very slow, and the place wasn’t packed. Waited ten minutes after food came for my kids to get their waffles and only a single coffee refill entire time. Everyone super nice.
