Wendy's - Nepean

The restaurant's drive-thru was busy, but we didn't have to wait long. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the spicy kick. Sarah, my girlfriend, enjoyed a Dave's Double with extra pickles while her son devoured a cheeseburger from the kids' meal. The staff was friendly as usual, and the food was consistently delicious.

The guy at the register around 10:30 was great. He got our food to us quickly and paid close attention to our burger order. Excellent service. Please pass along our compliments to him.

Went to Wendy’s in the morning and ordered chicken nuggets. Although the lunch menu hadn’t started yet they still made them for me very kind staff! Ian was very kind Great customer service

Never really any issues here. Im not that big of a fan of Wendy's but I do appreciate their service speed. Always in and out of the drive thru within seconds. My only complaint is the new buns. I order the spicy chicken and over the years they have changed to what I think is a brioche bun (only a guess), but I don't like it. The bun they used to have years ago was much better. The spicy chicken also seems more spicy now then it was before but that is a pro for me
