Kfc - Naugatuck

I am blown away by the customer service by one of the staff members there. I came in about 2:30pm today, and ordered a large chicken family meal. The lady in the restaurant was exceptional, she was the only one up front running back and forth between drive thru and the front counter. And the entire time she was always smiling and very friendly even through the stress. 100% she needs a raise!!!!

This place just keeps finding more ways to get worse. The chicken tenders are average at best. Cole slaw tastes like it's sitting in white glue the soda is watery. I've tried other sides they're as bad as the Cole slaw. The chicken quality and taste has declined throughout the last few years

When I originally left my review for this KFC location, it was a 1 star review It's been about a year or so now, and this staff has really turned the place around! The kitchen is clean and has a cozy atmosphere, the soda is always nice and fresh and carbonated, and the food is simply consistently delicious! They've got it going on here. Hang on to this crew, as good employees are hard to find!

Good for a fast food place. I'm usually in and out of this restaurant for take out within 7 minutes or so. I haven't tried the drive through but I was told it was very quick alos.

I like the new interior of the restaurant. They recently renovated the restaurant and it's very bright and inviting. I've always had a good experience at this location. The staff are always very kind and welcoming and the food is always good.
