I can only speak for myself the order was fine. everything I order was there nice an hot ready to feast. This was my father's favorite place to eat. Pops love the beans, chicken. his last lunch was pollo loco he passed away the next day at age of 94. THANK YOU POLLO LOCO FOR THE NICE MEMORIES

Wife loves this place..but make sure you ck your order ..to see that it's correct before you drive away!!.. we all know how we hate surprises of not having the right stuff in the bag.. hehehe
