Setsun Pop-up

WOW!!! This place is absolutely amazing!! We did the tasting for two, which is a must!!! My favorites were the tuna carpaccio, oysters, and caulilini Caesar salad. Spaghetti and meatballs were cooked to a perfect al dente and the ricotta agnolotti were delightfully cheesy. The flavors in these dishes are top notch. Do yourself a favor and eat at Setsun!

Do yourself a favor and just go! You might not know every ingredient, the combinations might sound odd, but trust that everything on their menu is light, flavorful and devine. The wine selection might be small, but again trust that every single one is amazing and just what you need to go with any and every dish. Beyond impressed. Chill California vibes, wonderful service, and great light food that won't leave you feeling heavy and tired. Can't wait to go back!

Until now I’ve never posted a negative review. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Unless they hired our Lord and Savior to fix EVERYTHING about this place it’s a total loss. It’s a place to get drunk, not eat.

Had a nice little socially-distanced date night here a couple weeks ago. Spacious-enough outdoor patio is tucked away past the bar and all the flavors in the dishes were outstanding!

We came here for an early Friday dinner, as that was the only reservation that was available. The place is laid back, friendly staff and delicious food with amazing wines. We had the bit of everything, which is a tasting menu for 2 people. You get 3/4 of each dish and it is the perfect way to sample everything, which was purely perfection. We started with oysters, hamachi, white sweet potatoes, carrots, beef tartare, ricotta agnolotti, squid ink pasta, short ribs and chocolate soufflé. All was amazing!! Extremely hard to pick a favorite, but the short ribs and beef tartare were truly unforgettable. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the vibe with a record player and picking an album to play with the purchase of a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend this spot and cannot wait to try the new location coming in a few weeks.
