Wayback Burgers - Nashville

This place was fantastic! big burgers, pommes and milkshakes. plus really good prices. I am definitiw back.

I ate for the first time on the way back tonight when I went into I was greeted with a smile that took my order had a big know about the menu and my burger was amazing! (I had the truthahnburger with pfeffer jack cheese, jalapeños and spicy mayo) they were very good, but in order to finish it I got a strawberry milk shake and it was one of the best milk shakes I had ever had! I recommend everyone who wants a great gourmet berry, but don't want $10 for one.

Great burgers, fries, tots, and milkshakes...portions are too small for what we paid.

Edit: Aug 27th 2024 After having two bad experiences, the company emailed and called me and offered me a free meal to try to make up for the experiences I had. Today the service was excellent, food was delicious, and the brownie milkshake was amazing with the brownie in it like it was supposed to have. I will give my 1 stars an edit, and I will come back as a paying customer. Hopefully the service and quality I received today will continue as I really enjoyed my wayback experience today. I will attach pictures of this experience from today. Went to eat here for the first time tonight and the restaurant was completely torn apart with soaking wet floors. I was slipping and sliding every where as soon as I walked in the door. Yes, business might be slow, so I agree to clean while you can, but not drenching the floors like they did tonight. Also, they told us about the rewards program as this was the first we were going to eat here and we both downloaded it to get the deal they told us about (free burger with $10 purchase) and the app wouldn 't let us redeem it. Said it was invalid. The cashier said they don 't have the equipment to scan things Then as we are standing looking at the kiosk to order, the guy starts splashing the pool of water he has on the floor around with a mop and soaks my legs with it. Didn 't apologize. Didn 't offer to get me napkins to wipe off. Just looked at me looked down and kept slinging in. I walked out, no food, and I won 't be back. Not a good experience. 2nd trip, absolutely terrible. Rude. Food was not correct.

This was the first time I had tried this place and I have been missing out WOW!! so good I had the rodeo burger and I could have eatin another everthing was delicious fries too the young men that were there friday night were polite respectful and what impressed me and I'm sure everyone can relate to this when they were putting my order together they were so careful to put fries and onion rings on top and stacked so they wouldn't spill much appreciated most would dump them but I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SO GOOD CANT WAIT TO GO BACK 10/10
