Subway - Nashville

One of the better subways! Bread is always warm and fresh, vegetables are cold and crispy cookies bake all day! Workers are always smiling and friendly and do not press for additional fees!

The Indian woman working at the counter was loudly talking with another co-worker in their native language and shouting. The customer service was extremely poor, and my food was prepared very poorly with minimal toppings. I usually would have asked for more toppings, but she seemed visibly angry, so I did not dare to.

This Subway is one of the best! The bread is always warm and fresh, the veggies are cold and crisp, and they bake cookies all day long. The staff is friendly and always smiling, and they don't try to upsell you on extras.

Wow. Just.......wow.......why would you cut a 6 inch sandwich in half?!?!?! This was by far the messest meal I 've ate from subway. I ordered a 6 inch on flatbread ......as I 'm paying she cut my sandwich in half without me noticing. I didn 't notice til I got back to my jobsite. And to top this place off I 'm pretty sure they had bullet proof glass up. I would 've went to Wendy 's across the street but them mfs had the door locked and I called and asked em why is the door locked they tell me we ain 't got nobody to work the front counter . I guess it 's just Jefferson st....all the businesses on that road are trash.

I recently placed an online order and asked my husband to pick it up on his way home. It was only a 5-minute drive from our house, but unfortunately, the subs were cold and never heated up. They had minimal toppings and were very sloppily made. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but they either hung up on me or a fax machine answered. I will definitely not be ordering from there again.
