Panera Bread - Nashville

I visit this Panera almost every morning (Mon-Fri). I love it! Everybody's so nice and I love people calling me when I get in. I often come to crank because I'm sleepy, but the visit of this Panera helps me wake up and get me in a better mood before I go to work. I visit another Panera on weekends and the service is not so good and my order is often wrong. Never at West End.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite lunch places - I eat at this point when at the West End.

I put an order in Panera online because I should eat with my teenage daughter at school. At first I was confused about construction and traffic and came to Panera. When I finally made it to the right panera, I was very late and almost in tears. I asked for my order and was told that they didn't have an order for me that basically caused a crash. When I realized my stress, one of the employees spoke to a manager. The manager assured me that my day would improve. He told me he'd get me out in three minutes. He asked what I wanted, personally finished my order and had ready to go. He told me he was hoping my day was better. I then tried to pay, and I was told there was no fee! Unbelievable customer service! She saved my day and I can't thank them enough!

Good food, not so great of service. The lady taking our order looied and acted like she would rather be anywhere else than there. She knew nothing that we asked her about the menu and did not even try to find out. Got the pick two with potato soup and turkey, bacon bravo. Soup was super good and chunky with tons of potatoes. Sandwich was super fresh. If they can improve in their service in would be a slam dunk.
