Bidrage med feedbackWe had lunch at this place, and although they might have been short staff, they were friendly and our service was great. that eating was as you would expect. good location. not sure whether it is unique for this place, but I loke that they hold a QR code on the back and pay on the table instead of in lonely in the register.
I did that when I tried to order a meal. boiled chicken and three slices of non-ripe tomato. that was even cold. that's all I got to the breakfast. I couldn't eat that chicken. I have alpha Gal syndrome. I explained this to both the server and its supervisor. that was the best they could do for me. how does it come that I can go to taco bell and get fresh food without the care of cross-contamination, but cracker barrel cannot even place a plate? No one from the administration stopped at our table and asked if they could help. that's pathetic. I urge everyone on the cracker barrel management team, as I live for a week they would find a way to serve healthy food that everyone can eat. this was on Thursday at 10:45 a.m. no excuses for lack of customer service provided. not even a coffee refill. editi was contacted by “Customer Service” and that’s as far as it went. cracker barrel is my opinion on the way down. avoid this place.
I love thier food and the load inside. However, the service is always slow, no matter what time we visited. Last time we left, we had a new server. it was his first time waiting alone tables. I tried to understand, but waited 25 minutes before we got our drinks and 50 minutes for our food. when we were asked how our visit was in the register, we explained it politely and she was shroff, took us out and said nothing more.
Long wait for drinks, but they were busy. the food was good. my daughter was constantly harassed by a worker. I know he had special needs, but my daughter was very uncomfortable when he tried to hug her and then he came back for more. I am all for equal opportunities and the work of men, but they tell them that they do not touch customers. especially minors. she doesn't want to go back.
A far cry from their great beginnings. Food has lost lots of its charm and is now over processed and not made with care or the least bit homemade. The service is horrible, which we've experienced on more than one occasion. A classic case of growing too big and greedy. Once pretty good country food. Now....crappy chain food and bad service. The masses seem to like it, despite how mediocre it is.
