Bidrage med feedbackMy daughter loved her birthday dinner here. it was great that we could come earlier our reservations for a later time they let us come earlier. we need to see the mermaids. I will definitely return.
We had a great experience I loved everything from the food service and the atmosphere our server Gabe was phenomenal and yes we will be back
LOVE this place in every way!!! Highly recommend it.
This was a really cool experience! Order their specialty cocktails and keep their souvenir glass. A little overpriced for the quality of the food and amount of time it takes to touch the table (took us about 2 hours for 3 courses), but it does pay off with good seats viewing the ever-moving fish tank. Fish are active and beautiful, which makes the time go by peacefully. Paying more for the experience rather than the food, I’d say.
We booked a birthday party for today with 5 children and 5 adults at 2:15 today and paid a $75 deposit. This week we received a text that changed our time from. 2:15 to 3:45. This birthday was supposed to include a behind the scenes tour for an additional $7 per guest. When we arrived At 3:20 we were told we needed to wait until closer to our appointment time to be seated. After being seated we had to tell Our server that we were there for a birthday party…this should have been something I would think should be put on our reservation, but we went with the flow. After ordering and waiting for our food we noticed it was getting close to our allotted time 3:45-5:15 to be finished and had yet to have a tour. We asked to speak to the manager who came out and had no clue about a birthday party. She told us she would take care of the kids meals but not the adults which was fine but also that there was no one there to do a tour. I honestly think if you are going to advertise birthday parties and charge a deposit for things you should do a little better to make sure those are communicated to your staff especially your managers. We since learned she was a general manager that would not even come out and talk to us a second time when she tried to keep a $75 deposit for a birthday party we didn’t get. We drove 65 miles to have an aquarium party and I still have a 4 year old asking why she didn’t have a tour. When our food finally came out it was cold and was not edible and our drinks were watered down. Is it standard practice to ruin a birthday party and force the guests to pay a deposit as well as for cold food because “she comped all she was going to”? In my opinion this was not worth the trip up there. I could have gotten a better birthday experience at McDonalds at a fraction of the cost and locally.
