Bidrage med feedbackWhile the staff is very friendly and some speak English and eat and the inner are great, I am not sure if this is the right place to list this restaurant. the only two vegetarian options are damped edamame borons and sweet tempura. both are considered as appetizers, so they additionally have to order rice and suppe. for this type of Japanese restaurant these are regular options, so I am quite sure that they go to any tempura restaurant and ask for nice tempura with rice and suppe. I will try the next time when I am in japan, the tourist information or a Japanese friend write it on a piece of paper and choose a random tempura restaurant and voila: a sweetheart: rated 3 as there are veggie options very limited. food quality is great.
Contrary to a previous reviewer, I found the staff at this restaurant to speak English quite well and were very accommodating in creating vegan options for me. I enjoyed a delicious aubergine dish and requested that they omit the shrimp. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. They even allowed me to leave my bags at the restaurant until my train departure. Overall, I had a great experience with these kind and accommodating people.
Despite what someone else may have said, I found that they spoke English very well and were happy to accommodate vegan options. I enjoyed a tasty eggplant dish and simply asked for it without shrimp. The staff are extremely friendly and eager to please. They even allowed me to store my bags there until my train departed. Overall, they were very kind and accommodating.
The staff here are very friendly and speak some English, and the food and interior are great. However, I'm not sure if this restaurant is the best choice for vegetarians. The only two vegetarian options available are steamed Edamame beans and vegetable Tempura, both of which are considered starters. You will need to order rice and soup separately. These options are pretty standard for a Japanese restaurant, so you could probably find them at any Tempura restaurant. Next time, I plan to try asking a Japanese friend or visiting a tourist information center to write down my order and take it to a random Tempura restaurant for a veggie meal. I give this restaurant a 3-star rating because the vegetarian options are very limited, even though the food quality is excellent.
Contrary to what others have said, I found the staff at this restaurant to be quite proficient in English and willing to accommodate vegan requests. I enjoyed a delicious eggplant dish and requested for the shrimp to be omitted, which they happily did. The staff were friendly and eager to please, even allowing me to leave my bags there until my train departure. Overall, a really pleasant experience with very kind staff.
