We have dined here many times and were generally pleased. Tonight was different. First, let me say that the service (Tori) was excellent. Everything went downhill from there. The Caesar salad was bland and ordinary. The lamb shank, which I often order, was dry and tough. It usually falls off the bone but tonight I had to cut it off. The vegetables with it were undercooked and hard. It was terrible! My wife had the chicken Carbonara which is what she orders every time. The chicken was good but the fettuccine was overcooked (not Al dente). The Carbonara sauce was like watered down milk. There was no body to the sauce. She was very disappointed because it had been a favorite of hers.
