I got the $18 Wednesday night special prime rump with veg mushroom gravy) and my partner had the flat head, chips and salad. We waited a little bit but the wait was worth it, the food was absolutely amazing. The lovely ladies in the kitchen were working very very hard the entire time and with the biggest smile. The entire staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We go out for dinner in Sydney a lot and to some pretty nice places, but I have to say It is the best meal I’ve had in a very long time! I can see how much effort and pride they put into their work. If we are up Nambucca ways again we will definitely be paying the sands a visit!

Great local haunt. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Would recommend the chilli garlic prawns.
