I recently tried this restaurant for the first time in three years. I ordered the bukkake udon (cold, 430 yen) and found the udon to have a unique chewy texture. The soup was just right in terms of flavor - not too strong. I liked that they offer additional toppings like green onions and scrambled eggs. The menu has changed a lot since my last visit, now offering dishes like garlic rice balls, juicy rice balls, Chinese-style udon (I can't remember the exact name), limited tempura, and more. I would definitely be interested in trying these dishes in the future. The staff were friendly and efficient, and it seems like they also offer take-out options. Overall, I had a positive experience at this restaurant.

Hanamaru Udon has no taste of stock at all. It's like soy sauce in hot water. Does the taste of stock vary depending on the region? The collaboration with Yoshinoya's ginger tempura is superb. The inari sushi is also very juicy and well-seasoned, making it delicious.
