Tonkatsu Maisen Nagano Tokyu

We ate this place twice in two days and brought all our friends back when they arrived. Quality tonkatsu for reasonable prices and many choices on the menu to suit everyone. Hidden on the seventh floor of a department store near the Nagano station, quiet for an early dinner, but is hit by the local noon rush. I would recommend that the Katsu be the best of what we have tried, but it was all pretty good. And go the medium size beer, it is worth the extra ¥

Really enjoyed the mixing bowl. The service was friendly and they had an English language bag: the free flow of rice and cabbage was also very appreciated and enjoyed.

Excellent tonkatsu. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they also have an English menu. As mentioned, the Tonkatsu was excellent here. We also ordered to try the Tonkatsu sandwich and it was delicious. You can also get free cabbage, rice and mixed soup refills. Very recommended and not so busy as it is on the 7th floor of the Tokyu Department Store.
