Killashee - Naas

Expected more, strange layout to get to rooms, food in the bar was below expectations and not worth the price.

Lift going down to floor was bad, needed a clean and paint. Felt weird having to ho up to floor one, cross lounge and into another lift and back down to the basement it had a dungeon feeling. Awful! Room was clean and comfy, though shampoos and conditioners were very low, I could get any hand lotion out!. Staff were lovely, restaurant food, staff and drinks lovely. Breakfast wasn't nice. Spa was amazing. Massage theripist was a bit stressed. Hydro pool nice ,rasul treatment was fab .

I attended a family wedding recently which was beautiful. However I was surprised that first drinks were served in the lounge upstairs, which was a thoroughfare for all guests to access their bedrooms. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and there is ample car parking. However I felt the hotel itself requires updating. Breakfast was lukewarm and the sausages were not cooked. We had breakfast in the bar section as the main breakfast area was being replenished with food. Our bedroom was on the first floor, I found that locating the bedroom was very confusing. The bedroom itself was in need of decoration and the tap was broken which was reported. Not sure I will be returning to the hotel.

I was visiting a friend staying there. The grounds are beautifully kept and the hotel is immaculate.
