Bidrage med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant on April 26th due to the terrible customer service. When I arrived, all the employees were talking to each other, but since there were no other customers, I didn't mind. However, when I approached the counter, it felt like I was interrupting them. A bald and impatient man asked me if I spoke Spanish or English. I tried to explain that I am French and do not speak either language fluently, but he cut me off and demanded that I choose one. The whole experience was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome. While I understand that working in a fast food restaurant can be challenging, there is no excuse for such poor customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially with this man working there.
I would not recommend visiting this restaurant... The condiments appear to be soggy, the soup was expired and the employee still claimed it was good with the expired label visible on the lid. The red-headed staff member working there seemed disinterested, and the parking situation was also disappointing. I enjoy Subway, but I will definitely not be returning to this particular location.
