Whataburger - Mustang

This restaurant is a great spot if you're in the mood for cold food, particularly their lukewarm fries. Unfortunately, many of the employees seem to be serving cold dishes without much insight into what they're doing. You end up waiting as if your meal is being freshly prepared, but when it finally arrives, the cheeseburger is so cold that the cheese doesn't even melt.

My family and I placed a curbside pickup order and realized we were missing an item. I went inside the restaurant, which was busy yet well-maintained, and was promptly greeted by the cashier. When I explained the situation, the cashier was very apologetic and passed my concern to the manager. The manager also apologized, provided us with fresh fries for everyone, and quickly resolved the issue.

We waited about eight minutes in line and our order was repeated back to us correctly. However, when we drove a bit up, we realized they had left out two of the three items we ordered. So, we had to go inside to sort it out. To make matters worse, the third item we did receive was cold. This was my first experience at Whataburger, and it left a really bad impression.

I ordered a seven dollar burger, the sweet and spicy bacon burger and have had problems in the past. This burger is supposed to come with grilled onions but they never do it. This time I personally asked the manager to make sure. He assured me that theywould be there. I get home and again of course no onions as promised. This place takes no pride in what they do. Go somewhereelse! I know I will never return!

Had to wait for... ever..... Sadly, the wait at this place makes it a no go 9 out of 10 times. The biscuit was amazing but I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through line. Disappointing.... I know help is hard to find but they had two people sweepingthat might have been better placed somewhere they could help get the food out faster.
