The last two times I’ve been there the service was very poor. Today I gave it the second chance. Took a seat at the bar. A few other people were seated at tables in the bar area and were getting serviced. A few times behind the bar a couple of people walked to get drinks for customers at tables or in the bar area and never once did anyone bother to ask me what I wanted to eat or drink. Love Jim N Nick's! You can't go wrong with the loaded potato with pork, but their salads are amazing also! For the ones who are ranch and fries kind of people, go for it here! But the real gem is the honey mustard. I was told before that it was made in house, so I'm soooo sad I can't take it home. It's the perfect balance of honey and mustard without being runny.

Dry turkey, cold chicken. Salad came out with the entree. Plastic utensils and cocktail napkins for use with the meal. Told server and she wasn't interested (or didn't care) in anything I had to say. She only wanted to get the manager. She came back and said, “Our manager is too busy!” I get the restaurant was busy, but no manager should be too busy for their customers.

Service ia absolutely fantastic! I started with the Brisket Chilli Cheese Fries, the Fries themselves were mediocre and nothing to write home about, but the brisket Chilli on top was superb and the brisket in it was very tender and flavorful. Cheddar bisquits were also served with the meal. I found them to be sweeter then I would prefer as they were corn bread but they were moist and tasty nonetheless. Jim and Nick's are fantastic. Their brisket is so moist and loaded with flavor.. all of their meats are cooked to perfection their sides are great and their cornbread muffins are the best I've ever had. I gave them 5 stars. They brought our food out fast..
