Very disappointed by the rooms, requested with balcony and quiet which we discover with a view of the parking lot without balcony. By reporting it on arrival, 0 excuses 0 commercial gesture, yet 3 rooms reserved with half board. I advise customers to avoid direct reservations, which I did, and to favor, unfortunately, the booking type reservation where everything is specified. To be told that the superior rooms have no balcony, when on the phone you explained the importance of THIS criterion is unacceptable and unprofessional because it is a lack of respect for the customer and their expectations. The region is full of very good hotels, so avoid this one. Even though the staff on the whole is very friendly and attentive on site, the restaurant is very good and the swimming pool, the garden, the massages were appreciated by our family group, I will not return there.
