During our stroll through Münster-City, a small coffee break was again due and only by chance we came here. This small coffee roastery is located in the middle of the Münsteraner City between pedestrian zone and Ludgerikreisel with some tables in the outdoor area. The café is quite small with very few seats and at the same time a small but fine shop for coffee specialities. Here coffee production is presented with all senses. If you enter the café, you will immediately be surrounded by coffee odour and can get an overview of all coffee specialities on high black panels on the walls. From the classic Ristretto to the After Eight-Latte Macchiato, everyone finds something suitable in the extensive map. It is possible to settle here in a noble-fashioned ambience, either on high tables with stools or on the stools at the sales counter. On the walls you can marvel old coffee mills, the most diverse models from different times. In the back area, the raw coffee is stored in bags and right before the coffee roaster, with which the coffee is freshly roasted directly in the shop. If you are lucky, you can watch the coffee roast master and owner Anja Gendolla on the roasting machine, a traditional drum roasting oven at work. We weren't lucky. But we got some information. Only abest Arabica raw coffees are used. The raw coffee beans are gently roasted at low temperature and over a correspondingly long time. A rich selection of coffee specialities comes out. In addition, there is a small selection of homemade cakes, a selection of chocolate, smoothies, chilled beverage specialities, hearty sandwiches, cookies and croissants. My cappuccino, with whom I moved to a table outside, looked very appealing with his milk foam image, was nicely hot, with strong aroma and very fine milk foam. Wonderful!
