We had booked the package of wine well-being days. The room was very nicely decorated. There was a bottle of Riesling Ürziger Würzgarten for greeting. On the first evening there was a 3 course menu with pickled trout, lambs ratatouille and polenta cubes afterwards homemade basil ice cream with mango.As a tomb from the kitchen there was a small goat cheese with bread chip and flowers. Breakfast is rich, but unfortunately not filled enough. But the team is still lacking the experience. All staff were polite and friendly.On the 2nd evening the 4 course menu was served in the remise. The tomb from the kitchen was a salad with shrimps. Then a carpachio from the pasture bark. Orange. Continue with fried duck or pike. Finally a shock mousse with raabercompott and cheesecake corners. We liked to accept the wine recommendation from the wine chef. Thank you for the pleasure. The wine tasting was carried out in the homey wine cellar.This time by the boy Winzer von Reucher-Hart Mario Schwang . With Überschwang he presented his wines.We also ordered 7 boxes of wine.
