Papa Johns Pizza - Mt Vernon

1. ultimate pepperoni has like no pepperoni 2. requested extra cheese and they put it in aluminum foil on the side 3. they didn't send the extra dipping sauces i paid for

To place an order, it is easy, but if they are screwed on their order, they will never answer the phone. the first time it was okay, but the second time. I will no longer order from them!

I ordered a $50 order it was sent by Doordash, doordash driver called to ask the address papa John's gave them the wrong address . Spoke to papa John requested the food and refund for the inconvenience and the manager said absolutely not they would either deliver or cancel they didn't even offer a discount .

They definitely have fast production got my food quick bread sticks were great but the stuffed crust pizza is bad idk where shaqs team get thier mozzarella but it definitely wasn't from an Italian grandma it's horrible no flavor and gummy sauce is overly sweet I don't usually leave bad reviews im not that type of person but I broke my 3 day old diet for it and GOD definitely got his message through lol

I put a 1 star so I can make a comment! I Ordered a stuffed cheese pepperoni curst pizza with pepperoni bacon toppings!! The crust had only cheese in it pizza had no pepperoni or bacon on it the dough was so thin i had to eat it from a plate!! Score: 5
