Service and food excellent. Perfect little gem Warm chicken salad the salad was fresh with a wonderful dressing brushetta toast and pizza a bottle of red wine and dessert to share around €51 Totally recommend this little snug but we had room guests were not sitting on top of one another

Just stumbled opon this hidden gem as we travelled into Mountshannon. So discreet, we had no hint from the outside of the delight that it is. Very friendly and chatty waiter. (Gift of the gab) The bruschetta was sublime especially the pear and cheese Combo, and the tomato and chilli jam! Delicious pizza with goats cheese and black olives. And the deserts. Affrogato was both generous and delish. For the Cafe Gourmand I ordered an Americano which came with a mini Panacotta, a not so mini Brownie and an indecently large cookie! Such a lovely treasure hidden away down in Clare.

Delicious pizza and wonderful staff. Took our takeaway order very close to closing time and the pizza was definitely worth the wait. Especially enjoyed the goats cheese pizza

This is a delightful little place in a very rural part of the country. A very wam welcome and excellent pizza and drinks menu. The pizze are baked blonde according to local taste, if you would like leopard spots on the bottom I would suggest ordering your pizza 'well done ' :
