I ordered wings and french fries with ranch. My husband ordered Lasagna with salad. My sister and brother in law ordered salad bar. The rest of my party had eaten their salad and my husband had eaten most of his Lasagna before I even got my wings. Wings were plopped down on the table. I asked about the french fries and ranch and was told they were on their way. In the mean time 3 boys probably 16 years of age, who sat down in the corner some time after we arrived were immediately given their food which among other things, included a sandwich with a heaping order of fries. I asked about my fries and ranch again and was again told they were on their way. A young emplyee who was also around age 16 put a basket with with 10 to 12 fries on my table and set another basket of fries on the table with his buddies as he joked with them. I pointed out to the manager Sydney that this was not a full order of fries and i still didn 't get the ranch that i had hoped to eat with my wings. She took the basket of fries away. The young boy came by and said he accidently put my order of fries with the sandwich and would have some more made. A short time later Sydney put 2 orders of fries on the table the 3 boys were. One of them said that wasn 't theirs and she shrugged and said something that i couldn 't make out and started to walk away. I stopped her and said i still have not gotten my fries or ranch. She said she they would be out soon. I finally got my order of fries but never the ranch. My party had been waiting on me for some time at this point. I ate the fries quickly without ranch or anything. Food was good but the service was terrible. Ironically the 3 boys who got free food did not leave a tip. We usually tip at least 20% but nothing this time. I talked to Sydney as we were leaving she kept saying I 'm sorry. I told her at this point I 'm sorry wasn 't good enough and that I would be writing a review. She said she would be talking with her staff. It wasn 't only her staff but her that couldn 't get my order correct and gave free food to the young boys. Maybe if she had offered a coupon for our next visit or something I would have been a little less frustrated with this visit. This was me and my husbands 1st visit and most likely our last.
