Bidrage med feedbackWell I?m 0/2 at Dunkin? today. Place up the road wouldn?t take my order. And here I didn?t receive some of my order. It was a sub $10 order. Pretty hard to get breakfast I guess
Worst customer service ever!! Walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before any employee even acknowledged that we were standing there. took another 15 minutes just to get a coffee with expresso shot. new management is needed at this location.
I had a big order. At the cashier I asked for ?2 everything bagel bagel SCOOPED OUT TOASTED with cream cheese? I go to the other side while the lady is making it ready. while she is making the first one I mentioned again that ?I asked for it to be scoopedout toasted but since you already made the first one just do it with the second one.? Then she asks her manager if she shouldscoop out and toast the bagels!? I said yes that?s how I ordered it. The manager turns around and say ?no we don?t do thathear?. The lady continues prepare them in toasted without scooping out bring to the counter and she said ?my manager said Ishould do that?!!!! So shocking and unexpected way of treatment! What a big deal!!!!! And what was it with the very rudeattitude! Really upsetting to deal with something like this in the morning. Managers should be suitable for the title ?manager?!!!!
I have order simple drink like a hot cup of coffee with milk and 2 Splenda and I never get what I order even when I order a caramel macchiato iced they mess up all the time.
