My name is Arthur Brown, I had the honor and privilege to stop in and eat at this great place. The food was fantastic no it was great. I had fried chicken, chow chow, turnip and collard greens, mac and cheese and sweet potatoes with so fruitvtes and a piece of chess pie and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I felt like I was with family and they made me feel like I was right at home after church eating. Didn't want to leave. You will not be disappointed. Everything is great here. I will be back. The staff is super nice. I would recommend removing the carpet.. I believe the carpet makes the smell in there. They also need some “atmosphere” and some music. You can hear the conversation of every table. The food was good but we probably won’t be back. The atmosphere and smell of damp carpet is why we wouldn’t return. This restaurant has a ton of potential… the seating area needs help. The people were great.

Good southern comfort food like your grandmother would fix. Staff super nice and friendly. Clean place and kid friendly. Chicken and tenders fried fresh when ordered. Good portions. $10-$12 per person
