Subway - Mount Carmel

Beautiful place. they brought my favorite meat back the Bratbeef-Jay! the personal is very nice and the place is clean. not complaining.

I ordered online. I love it. his very simple I set my order to be picked up at 12:50 and I came there at 12:45 it was already for me. the food was fresh and the customer service was great. I will definitely order online from now on. I'm sure it's gonna hit the lunch.

Eating from this situation has always been wonderful in pastness, so I don't know what was going on today. today I ordered a roasted 6-inch lower part through the drive-thru. When I came home with my sub, I discovered it was beyond toasted. it was burned! I don't know how the employees thought it would be acceptable to give a customer a completely burnt sandwich. I could take the sandwich back and replace it. the employees were very nice and apologetic about the situation. I understand that mistakes happen, and this is not usual for this place, so I give this place a 4-star rating. also my replacement was sub tasty!

The food is good, but I hate the outside ordering screen and it seems to hate me back.

Lovely rebuilt store!!!! Clean restrooms! Clean store! Friendly staff!
