Five Stars Thaitanic Mount Annan

Ordered in the middle of the week and the food was nice. A second time on a Friday night ordered half an hour before opening and it was an hour fifteen late. Eating was stone cold and Bland. I couldn't call her. So disappointing. J

We were once regularly in this place, but the service and quality had disappeared decided to give it before again, by ordering on Menulog After about an hour I cried out that my meals would be at least one more hour, but... if I wanted it to be ready, in 20 minutes I picked up and the grilled cutlets were still raw and cold casting we shouldn't give it another go

My partner and I got two laksas from here on Wednesday night, at the time they tasted fine.....not much meat or veg and the noodles were realky over cooked...I had the chicken and during the night it made me extremely sick, the sauce in the...laksa was so strong that I would not have been able to tell if it was off or not, first time we tried here....wont be back.

The food was extremely lacking in flavor. I give Thaitanic five stars? More like zero stars! I witnessed one of the female chefs drop a piece of meat from my crying tiger dish on the dirty floor and put it back on my plate. This was incredibly disgusting and unacceptable. Our waitress forgot to bring our drinks, and the cooks were chatting and laughing loudly in Thai, making it difficult to enjoy my dinner.

The home delivery service was very disappointing. I will not be ordering from them again. The wait time was unacceptable and I ended up having to send the order back. If you cannot provide proper home delivery service, then do not offer it at all. You have lost a customer.
