Sonic Drive-in - Moultrie

Did not order because the girl chose to disconnect us from the speaker. We were trying to find out if the hot dogs were beef or chicken and tried several times to get her to understand what I Wanted. Then she just disconnected after the rth time of trying to talk to her..

My First time coming to this location. I decided to park in a stall. As I drove up, the drive-thru had one at the speaker and their order was taken quickly and I thought to myself I might get food in a reasonable amount of time. I pushed my “red button as soon as I parked. Waited for about a minute two, and someone pulled up in drive- thru and waited for a minute. They took the drive-thru order before me and I realized they had not spoken to me nor even beeped me….So, first impressions are not satisfactory! Only reason why I give you a two star rating is because I haven’t eaten at your establishment. I guess my order was not important to you. I might be back, not sure at this time! This was a waste and I really don’t know if you’ll take my order the next time….. Hmmm. What should I do?

Last year, my fiance and I used Sonic as our place. This year, the food quality has gone down, the service is horrible, and the atmosphere feels like a drive-thru prison ran by offenders.

This was a stop for my mom and me on our way to visit my brother who lives in Georgia and the young lady that waited on us was so nice and so friendly Thank you for making our day a great day with fresh drink and fresh food Thank you so much

Pretty prompt and quality service especially for being 10 pm on a Monday night! Very good and hot food!! Recommend
