Our experience last night was terrible! It became worse and worse every visit. We used the app to order online. (A 20 min. Drive from our house. I come to the restaurant and there are 7 people sitting at tables waiting for their meals. I check the shelf for online orders, my was not ready yet. There are FIVE boys working the sandwich area. That's a lot of hands, what takes so long? They chat with each other and stare at the distance. Then come two MORE guys from the back of the house, one starts to sweep the dinning room, one makes something with the beverage machine. (Why don't they help get all these orders out? As I wait for my online order, a man finally gets his meal. Something was wrong, they had to leave it, it took too long. Another man gets his food. There are about 4 people and I'm waiting for our food. The guys at the sandwich counter seem upset and work with NO urgency at all. (I waited 15 minutes for my online order after twenty minutes ago. I'll get my food. We had two cups of potato soup for our sides. When I told you, we had three bites. That's not an exaggeration. We've got a quarter of the cup full... that was a waste that one of the guys murmured something about the soup, the other scaffolded when he flew in the bowls. I have the new Prime Rib Sandwich and IT WAS COLD. Not cool, not room temp, but ICE COLD. I was under the impression it was a hot sandwich. Cold meat. Cold cheese. Missed the garlic aoloi. Online I had checked, we wanted A1 and Captian Sauce, of course they were not in the pocket. I met a few walks as I went, said to save the mica and go elsewhere.

I have a turkey sub. I asked for no tomatoes, my sub came only meat and cheese. Gross sandwich for too much money to not even beat. Will never return to fireworks. They used to be good if you could jump on your sandwich.

I arrived at the conclusion at 9:00. I didn't know they were closed at 9:00. They still took my order, which is fantastic because the food wasn't for me. I was even greeted. It was very appreciated to take my order and shows world-class service. Eating is always at the point.

I love the place, go there several times a month. That being said. It seems to be dropping in quality lately. Untoasted stale bread, skimpy on the sauce for subs like the brisket and cheese, and just slamming on so much lettuce ect that you can't eat the sub without a fork and knife without ruining your chest. Idk what's going on but sub.... assemblers? Need a wake up call. Cause I'm giving it about 2 more tries then I'm just done, would rather spend the 15 bucks on a pickup order from a resturant.
