Kfc - Moriarty

I’ve never had a bad experience at this KFC. The service is excellent, and the food is fantastic. Keep up the great work, KFC! I’m planning to grab a big bucket of chicken with all the sides and enjoy some NASCAR.

I grew up eating KFC, but after three separate visits, I've been very disappointed. It’s not the employees I have an issue with, but rather the quality of the food, the size of the chicken, and the fact that I received the wrong amount. During my first visit, I called to address the issue, and they simply said, "Oh, sorry." On my second visit, I was also short on chicken pieces, called the number on my receipt, and received no answer. For the third and final time, I encountered the same issue and called again, only to hear the same apologetic response. At this point, I’ve decided to switch to Church's Chicken instead.

I then went back inside to try to obtain the phone number myself. Sandra told the staff that they didn't have a contact number I could call. If this is how the manager treats customers, it's no surprise that the employees feel they don't need to provide good customer service. My contact number is Brent 505-720-1534.
