Panera Bread - Morganton

This panera in Morganton is great, I don't care what someone says. It is very clean

The first time we're here, I bought the Chipotle Avocado Chicken Melt... it was good, but would have done it without the Chipotle spices I know better the next time.. But it was a good taste of the sandwich

Doordash brought us the wrong things, but the staff in this Panera did the situation right for us. We drove there and they were short employees/lifting very new employees, but they corrected our order. For the corporate staff that reads this: the reason why you are short staff is lacking viable wages and training. It's not because people don't work hard there. We saw this hard work today. The likely reason why this place is fighting (as shown in reviews) is because of all new people. (labour retention depends on a workable wage). The Creamy Tomato Soup was delicious! I also had the Fuji Chicken Salad and it was fresh and now one of my favorites!

DON’T GO HERE! This is the worst Panera Bread iv ever been to. Trash everywhere, floors, tables, counters bathrooms. Old dishes left on tables and stacked high near trash bins. Soda machine out of service with note saying to use other fountain drinks but that machine is off with old juice still in them. Doesn’t have half of menu items. Out of a lot of To-Go boxes. Bakery is almost none existing with the feeling of “ I wonder how long that pastry been sitting there “ starting to move in. Food will come out slow. With all the problems here the staff did appear to be nice.
