Butch's Bbq Breakfast - Morganton

Went through the drive-through for a salad, ordered chicken tenders on it, and paid for them... spent like $15 for a salad and got to work and no tenders. Called and let them know l, so they did the right thing and since I couldn't leave work (I'm a nightshift nurse) they took my name down and told me I could come back within 7 days and get a replacement. The replacement salad had what looked like day old dried out chicken on it, and the lettuce was either bad or frozen because it had turned translucent. Idk if they put a salad in there and kept that same salad for me (God, I hope not because that's so dangerous) or what, but I couldn't eat it either. Sucks for me because I can't leave work for replacement food or anything because of where I'm at. I won't go back after this.

Hadn't eaten at this restaurant in quite some time. We ate there June 20th, 2023. Portions were very small and barbeque sandwich was ok. Just had sporks to eat our food. I didn't see okra on the menu and mac and cheese not the same. Not sure if this restaurant has changed owners. Their debit card reader wasn't working. We bought groceries after eating at this restaurant at Food Lion next door and had had no problems with our debit cards. Overall disappointing experience.

Nothing special, uninspired and bland food. Wasn’t hot and fresh, watery bbq sauce. People go here due to the proximity to the highway, most will go once and never again, I’m one of those folks.

Horrible ,,, absolutely horrible. It’s a shame Morganton can’t have anything decent to eat. Only person in the drive thru , not many in the parking lot. And they still can get your order right… and the things you get are old and cold. Don’t waste your money here.

Please update your hours. Not open to 11. Came by shortly after 10 and they were closing.
