Subway - Moreno Valley

Bad customer service. no courtesy hallo or I'm sorry for waiting or thank you for waiting for that. idk if the employee was on the break, but not even recognized customers wait. the customer before me screamed at their two grandchildren and ordered like 5 dinge. I just wanted to order two simple sandwiches. wtheck is up with customer service

Service was extremely terrible, girl at the counter was so impatient and rude. he had no one in it and she didn't want to order me 5 sandwiches at any time. we told her she was rude and she told us we could go. so unprofessional and careless. we will never go to this subway again!

I had lunch with my son and forgotten my handbag on the chair. I called him and they had him and all my things were intact. thanks for her honesty. I will be the most clear back and recommend to all of you I know.

Was thrilled to try a new sandwich from the menu, grab a half and see a hair immediately. Now there were times when my hair fell on my food, but that was too short and a different color than mine, so it's mine. disappointing ground that I traveled to subway and wanted to give the new one shot. that's not the first time it happened, so I should have known it better. it seems as if every time I go to this subway, either a hair is in my eating, or they mess my order completely. Now I know why I'm staying away from the subway. what a shame

I love there service. The girls are really friendly. And fast.
