Cassano's Pizza King - Moraine

Admittedly by them the website doesn’t put a topping on the build your own, but while ordering the wait goes from 20 up to 40 mins but then they have to call the call center to add the topping bc they just simply can’t add pepperoni without HAVING to charge me which not only takes more of my time but also stops production when they are busy but also seems super petty when I just made a $53 order and we can’t just throw some pepperoni on and keep it moving. Pizza is decent but that’s pretty silly. It’s already pricey but the pettiness and waste of time just doesn’t add up to a good value to me.edit: after getting the food I didn’t get as displayed on the receipt I had to come back and wait for another pizza to be remade after calling the call center again (while busy) and let my other food get cold just to be told that I only deserve a $5 credit. Unreal. Edit#2 she was at least nice and let me keep the pizza so I’ll add a star, lady was nice overall but I think the company making her feel like she has to do this is the real problem. Empower your employees to fix an occasional issue on their own.
