Two Brothers Bbq Sauce - Mooresville

Fantastic BBQ. We all loved it on chicken legs tonight. I picked it up at Josh's Market.

Yum! Loved the ribs. A half slab was plenty. Hot sauce was excellent. Baked beans gets a thumbs up too. We had a perfect night to enjoy our meal around their picnic tables.

We frequent Two Brothers more often than it deserves, but the convenience keeps us coming back. The meats we've tried include the Pulled Pork, the Brisket, and the Smoked wings. We like the Pulled Pork best, although on the last occasion mine had a fair share of fatty/gristly pieces. Even though we asked for a Carolina type sauce, we discovered only their ubiquitous tomato based mild sauce when we got the order home. The brisket we've had has always seemed a little dry, and that is why we've stopped getting it. That, and the sauce limitations. Smoked Wings- again, not having much choice of sauces kinda makes the wings uninspiring. Plus, to me, they are like the brisket- a little overcooked and dryish. Sides we've tried include creamy coleslaw, my last cupful was dry and frozen in the middle, and the baked beans with are slightly above average

Great for take out BBQ, or if you prefer to sit at a picnic table outside. Great food but a bit on the pricey side for what you get It is worth the splurge every once in a while though!
