Bidrage med feedbackWe went four people to dinner. There were two tables (6 people in all) in addition to us. She took the order of two out of four people, didn't expect him to be asked questions and went away. We received our entrance while our couple of friends had not yet ordered. She was going to leave and we asked her to stay because we had questions on the menu. She ran away, went to cry loudly in the kitchen, accusing us of being mean. Seeing she wasn't good, we offered to pay the entrance and leave. We were left without paying the entrance. What an adventure!
On the advice of friends on holiday and those living on the spot, we make a small tour " at jibaro' to discover Peruvian specialties. always on the advice of our friends, we take a royal seafood plate. When the dish comes, there's something to give the turnis, so big, voluminous and gargantuesque. There's a lot of good pounds of food, enough to feed 4 people. * our plate is composed of: shrimp and fried fish with red onion, tomato, and cassava, served with a small spicy sauce. the dish itself is good, but no taste discovery, it remains a blend of several elements that we know well, without particular spices. We did not reach the peru with our dish but the quantity is there, I recommend this address for all people with "out-of-standard" appetite a very reasonable addition of about fifty dollars, a very good ratio/quality price for portions of giants.
Prices are comfortable but the dishes do not have the drop of Peruvian food, try to make them without basic ingredients like good aji and good lemon. If you don't know Peruvian dishes they may seem nice, but if they're going to offer something new they should announce it in the letter with other names, not with traditional names.
The meals are huge! and the Peruvian taste is there but not in all his meals. close to the heel jean metro, the restaurant is real well placed. prices are good and the atmosphere is not complicated. tamales and the saltado lomo are delicious!
Despite my efforts, I did not find Peruvian flavors in this restaurant. Of course, prices are affordable and copied plates. The fish-fish was good, but not overturning either (servi with celery, corn in grain and not in spike, potato instead of sweet potato)In the entrance the "papas à la huancaïna" had nothing of the country.
